by the two remaining superpowers.
one situated on a continent two times bigger than africa in the northern hemisphere.
the other on a continent shaped like a flattened kidney in the southern hemisphere.

The cilization on this planet has diverted in its physics and industrial nanoengineering. It surpassed the Earths Technology in the fields of self-assembling molecules, maybe.
But we definetely had more firepower under the hood, than we really showed at the end, when it became necessary because of an oversight by one of the expeditionary members
